Something different back to those days.
Ed McBain's 87th precinct. Storylines focus on neighborhood crime, and the officers of the 87th and their families' life: Steve Carella and his deaf/mute wife, Teddy; Bert Kling and girl friend; long-time veteran Roger Havilland and the wryly philosophical Meyer Meyer.
