Brutally realistic but perfectly cast and acted
I grew up in London SE6 and Gary Oldman in Deptford SE8. This is a very uncomfortable film and the film is far too realistic for comfort. The exteriors are all in my part of London, so I love it for that. Gary Oldman needed to make this very personal film, shooting it to be realistic. If you don't like physical and emotional brutality, then do not watch this. If you love powerful cinema which does not hold back from hard truths, then see Nil by Mouth.

A lovely selection of coins
I gave them to family members. The coins looked as if they had been found in my grandfather's pocket.

Good looking film but the story was muddled
DVD in great condition. Tom Hanks was great but the film was uninteresting
