Excellent parts and service.
I was ready to throw in the towel and but a new vacuum cleaner. Bought my Kirby in 93. Hadn't used it for a while. Started by replacing the cord which kept shutting on and off. Then took apart the brush part and found. Tried cleaning it but then couldn't figure out how to get it back together. Got tired of messing around then found web sites to replace cord, cleaning nozzle and new hepa bags. ordered everything. Now I have a brand new vacuum and am very happy. The cost of replacing with like new parts was cheaper than buying a new less efficient vacuum. Using it more than ever and all the wonderful attachments that came with it.

disappointing
either I missed it or it was in very fine print, did no come with the power adapter. I was very disappointed as I am unable to use it and now have to find out how to get the power source.
