The seller shipped it quickly, and it arrived safely in its cardboard flip. But there's a deeper level to this transaction. The seller added a lagniappe (an unexpected second coin) that showed a level of care that comes only when actual people are involved. Everything about this purchase was top-notch, and when i reached out to the seller simply to say thank you, I received a quick and warm response.

It needs a better configuration to secur...
It needs a better configuration to secure the hand to the torso, so as to not allow sway when walking. A little more Velcro. Otherwise, it would be quite useful! Thanks!
