Perfect for little fisherpersons

The spinnerhead was defective, preventing smooth casting; the pin on the spinnerhead wouldn't retract reliably. Apparently, this is a fairly common issue with this reel. Zebco immediately sent a replacement and now all is well. Smooth retrieval and casting. The combo is perfect for ultra light fishing, or for a young fisherperson.

Excellent

I haven't had a chance to really test the edge retention, but so far it seems to be doing well. After a little time on a diamond stone, the toothy D2 edge is a great cutter. Blade shape is practical for a lot of everyday uses. The knife is like all the other Kabar Doziers - light and well constructed. Easy to forget this thing is in the pocket, yet it's a full size blade. I've got a lot of knives, some pretty high-end, but I usually end up with something like this in my pocket or around my neck.
