fits well
saves you notebook from dirt and spitting (won't save it from full cup though, and touchpad is still vulnerable). Fits keyboard well. Nothing more to say :)

Practical but not "wow"
Unlike title says, it uses AAA (not AA), and may also be powered with Li-Ion 10440s. Don't know to what extent – I just put them in and it didn't burn in 5 minutes I tested it.
And despite two 10440s, it still a lot dimmer than "low" mode of $8 "350LM" UltraFire C8 which uses single 18650 cell.
Anyways, it's diameter is like of an AA cell, and the flashlight fits inner pocket next to a pen without causing discomfort, thus it will be carried with me and used more than most other flashlights.
