Excellent!
Brilliant solution to the common BMW sticky rubbery door pull pocket. Simply a drop in piece that snaps into place. Excellent fit and color match (beige). Door panel stays on car....no need to remove panel like original design or other 'original design' replacements on eBay.
Two minute fix. Happy wife...happy life.

Gear works great for MINI R56 sunroofs. Actually going to order another because I actually have (2) R56 MINIs. It's a common MINI R56 problem as the original nylon gear cracks from age. You will need a cold chisel to secure the small metal gear in place.
