Old B&W film

What a marvelous film. It's set in wartime Canterbury and gives an amazing glimpse of the war torn city. It shows various uniformed services people in there roles and a marvelous views of the surrounding villages. A serious who done it plot mingled with children's detective work. Then in the end........... Well I'm not telling.

Copy of the classic American army design.

Too small to fit a domestic knife fork and spoon in. They are too long. So definitely a one man portion size. The lid is also a two section plate. You can rest this on the pan to keep food warm while cooking. With the lid in. You can store food/cutlery etc in it. Not non stick so make sure your stove is not too hot. Trangia's require a round pan so may present difficulties. Still experimenting but so far so good.
