  I'm so sorry to hear that the item didn't arrive packed in good condition. Please accept my apology. It's no excuse but my husband packed it up for shipping. I will ask him about how he packed it when he is back from a work conference. Thank you for your helpful comment. I agree with you, in that others, rightfully, might not be as forgiving as you are and I don't want this to become a trend for my ebay sales.
