Rigid plastic pack gives good protection to the lights while in transit. Opening the pack and removing the bulbs from plastic insert tray hurt my fingers - those bulbs are in there pretty tightly.
Seen from outside the vehicle the light looks strongly white. Driving after dark, the beams are silvery white, and to my eyes, an improvement on my old Longlife yellow bulbs in illuminating the road ahead.
