Worth the money!
I have tried so many different hoses over the years and all fail, or are a hassle (manual rewinding).
This is great, the winding mechanism ensures the hose rolls back onto the drum neatly so there is no jamming.
Great quality hose.
A good investment.

Good product, looks great but....
... it is a "bumper protector", so if the trailer overruns a little it will catch it. But if you reverse and collide with the hitch it will bend. (But will still protect the bumper, you may just need to bend it back.)
Nicely made, looks smart on the car, and won't rust.
