Good for older people with issues using or even holding other phones.
Bought this phone for my uncle who was having issues with using other phones. He likes the fact it talks to him and the size. I like that I could lock the buttons on the phone to keep him from changing the setting with just picking the phone up. The SOS button is able to be set for the most useable feature (flashlight or calling anyone that is programmed it the phone. I also don't have to worry about him dropping the phone.

Not over sized will not fit people over 5'4"
Chair is comfortable for myself but is to small for who I bought the chair for. If your over 5'4" the seat will be to short.
