Works well, with one downside
I got this model after researching all robot vacuums, since it was considered the best for pet hair. It was easy to set up and program, and it does run each day. However, each and every day it has a new place that it gets stuck, only to be found hours later after I get home. I will say that it rarely gets stuck in the same place twice, and a couple days it actually found it's way back to the charging station on it's own. The other bug issue I have is that my house is not setup with alot of open spaces in each room. I actually have a "great room" that covers the living room, kitchen and dining area. So this robot does not travel in straight lines, like the demo video shows. But I can tell you, it does pick up a lot of hair, and even dust from under the bed. Overall, I am happy with it since it helps keep the pet hair to a minimum when I am too busy/tired to sweep every day. I hope that eventually it will stop getting stuck while running, then I will be even happier that I made this purchase.
