Excellent resource

Gives you EVERYTHING you need to know in order to dehydrate fresh, canned, and frozen fruits and vegetables, as well as provides recipes (which I am looking forward to trying). Meats and other foods can be tricky, but this book explains why certain products should not be dehydrated. OH, and the list of foods is in alphabetical order. No spending a long time trying to find it. All in one - love it.
