Glass is the better way to go
I have brought many food storage container in the past. they were plastic and didn't last but a few years. I would heat food in the microwave and wash the containers in the dishwasher. They would finally end up either melted or discolored. I finally decided on good quality food storage containers. they don't stain or melt.
Just be careful on hard floors they don't bounce like plastic.

Good value, good quality
After i put it together, added chain oil, and adjusted the chain and blade, i tested on some 4 inch branches. It works great!

Saved me money, a good value.
I have a volt ohm meter that stopped working because the batteries corroded and damaged their housing.
I took the meter apart and with a soldering gun, was able to quickly replace the corroded battery housing.
the meter starting working perfectly.
for the tiny price and a little bit of effort I was able to save throwing away an expensive tool.
