Ideal for car
The compact size is ideal for storing it in the car door pocket. It doesn't have a pressure gauge like the bigger ones, but there are instructions to (roughly) determine if the extinguisher is service worthy. There is no use-by, expiry or manufacture date on it.

Fun and useful gadget
I have had a lot of fun playing with it. It does provide practical uses too.

Very limited protection
This is the only one I can find in eBay for S2 Teltra model. It only covers 3 sides and protects only against scratch, not bumps (very little cushioning). It is also a finger print magnet. On the plus side, it does give better grip of the phone.
