I’ve been buying and selling on eBay since 2002 and in that time I’ve never had a negative feedback. I’m mostly selling things I no longer use or need and occasionally selling something for my family and friends. I want my buyers to be happy with their purchases and I’m always willing to work out any issues. Over the last 20+ years I’ve rarely made mistakes in my listings but in such a case I always take responsibility and make things right with the buyer.
