Inexpensive tool for creative penmanship!
Having learnt to write with an italic pen at school, I continued for a long time using my cherished pen until it stopped working well and I couldn't find a replacement I liked. I've never given up on my love and admiration of beautiful penmanship however, so when I bought a whimsical writing book that highlighted the author's choice of Pilot Parallel pens I had to see for myself. I am really pleased with my initial attempts at rediscovering this beautiful art form of writing so much so that I shall be purchasing other sizes of nib as well!

Beautiful and highly detailed full colour plates of vegetables, fruit and flowers by 16th to 20th century botanical illustrators. The book also includes 14 pages of biographies of contemporary artists from around the world and an insight into the techniques of botanical illustration. A great aide for anyone interested in botanical illustration techniques and/or design.
