  After it was shipped l requested a change of address early enough for the change to take place but it didn't happen. The receiving facility almost sent it back but they didn't. I had to pay an extra fee for the convenience but the seller remembursed me for that. The item was packed PERFECTLY. One observation car would not light up but it shouldn't take to much work to fix.
