Not as easy for children!
We purchased these DIY for our daughter with Tubes in her ears for ear protection while swimming. We HAD to go this route because the new employee at the EN&T Doctor's office couldn't get them correct at $50 a pop...TWICE! So at $10 they are an excellent value. I'd recommend watching several YouTube videos because the instructions do not allow the item to create a bulb as shown on the example. The bulb is what keep the plugs IN the ear and prevents water from entering into the ear canal.
Also, it would be excellent if they included a sealant to prevent the crack which are common with this item.
