Flakey performance
The product does not perform well. The backlight on the laptop works briefly but after a few minutes the screen begins to flicker and fairly quickly becomes completely black. There is however still an image on the screen as it can be seen both on an attached monitor as well as by VNC from another device.

Excellent product. It has really helped relive my neck tension
It was really easy to hang the Neck Hammock from a door handle after adjusting it to my neck height from the floor. The extra padding round the ears made the hammock both more stable and more comfortable. It was very easy to relax whilst feeling my neck supported yet weightless. An excellent product. It has really helped ease my neck tension.
