Swear by it for 50 years
If I am near anyone who has a cold, I go home and immediately take my cinnamon and it stops me catching the cold!! I have only had about 3 colds in the last 50 years and that’s because I couldn’t get hold of any cinnamon. It also helps to get rid of a cold much quicker if you have got one.

Stick no good LED lights
The lights are not very strong
The back on one will not stay done up and constantly fell off after about 30 seconds and fell to pieces.
The sticky pad isn’t sticky enough
