Captivationg !
I wasn't sure what I was getting when I purchased the book but it didn't take me long to find out ! I thoroughly enjoyed reading Castles and was fascinated with the details of life in that era. Very good reading ... hard to put down .

deep relief oil , my choice for calming proprties
4 von 4 finden das hilfreich I began using deep relief for arthritis in my knee then realized the vapors also had relaxing properties for head and neck tension headache. It also relieved sinus pressure when applied lightly to back of neck. To top it off , it also calmed my nerves when dealing with anxiety in difficult circumstances. Previously I was not interested in using until I was faced with certain life issues and was quickly convinced of the helpfulness of the properties.
