The listing did not accurately reflect the condition of the china, though. It was described as 'Excellent', and 'Perfect', which Ebay says should be used with items that are essentially like new. The china actually has a lot of fading from dishwashing, knife scratches, etc, and probably is more accurately described as in 'good' condition. really not a workout at all
only saw one reviewer who had said this, so i disregarded it... damn.
sweet woman, great accent, so SLOW and did not work any muscle groups long enough. i felt almost nothing during, and definitely nothing the next day, unlike other yoga/pilates tapes i used to have.
she actually said you may need to wait 3 weeks until you can move on to the last section... maybe if you are going from complete couch potato to yoga, or if you are elderly or injured, but otherwise, you have GOT to be kidding.
at least it was cheap.

PHOTOS MAKE IT LOOK MUCH NICER THAN IT IS - NOT A VERY GOOD QUALITY, THOUGH SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WITH THE LOW PRICETAG.
MIGHT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PULL IT OFF IF THEY SKIPPED THE BOX, OR PADDED THE PEN RESERVOIR OR SOMETHING.
