  Even though both seller and myself were not sure of the full functionality of this item, I am well satisfied with the communication, speed of delivery, shipping, price and other quality. The fact it is not working with any of my DAT tapes is something technical that I will explore further. We were both fully aware and agreed to accept that risk, seller even accommodated a price reduction due to that situation, so thank you, very good seller in my opinion!

  Ordered and paid Sep 11th, Marked as shipped on the 19th, Didn't actually ship till October 4th when I got tracking. Got here quickly once they actually mailed item but nearly a month exchange for something so cheap? Convinced they just entirely forgot the item even sold. When it did arrive it was very gross with dust build up, dry and chalky feeling. Item was as described for the most part aside from condition. Nothing missing but still. Absolutely wouldn't bother.

  Through no fault of the seller the package was badly damaged in transit. Seller responded immediately and quickly replaced the damaged items. We gifted the glasses and the recipient was very happy with them. Exemplary communication, great transaction and A+++++ seller.
