  Shipping was fine. Unfortunately being packaged in a plastic bag, her hair was all pressed together and quite a mess. I worked at it the best I could, and now it looks okay. She is very cute and easy to manipulate as a puppet. She will add extremely to my family of puppets used with young people, as well as the senior population. Thank you.

  When I bought this item, I made a mistake on my address and the package had to be sent back to this seller. I informed them of the issue and they were very responsive and resent the package promptly when they got it back to the correct address that I gave them.
