Our local governments have been working towards Agenda 21, now extended to Agenda 30 for several years.
Well written and so appropriate to the current political environment.

Dritz 28x39 floor quilting frame
I received the dritz floor frame and set it up immediately, which took all of about 2-3 minutes. The parts are not labeled, but looking at the picture of the finished frame, it was immediately apparent which piece went where. A person must press the pieces together securely, otherwise when it is moved from room to room, it could come apart. However, once it is secured, that was not a problem. I had never worked with a floor frame and, actually, I didn't know if I would like using one or not. The frame does hold the quilt securely, in fact so much so, that I had difficulty in getting the sleeves off in order to reposition the quilt. I really wish that the sleeves would not fit so tightly, as I had a problem in trying to remove the sleeve without damaging the quilt top. They are really snug, and that is the only thing I dislike about the frame, hence the reason I gave it four stars instead of five.. I remedied that somewhat by putting a long piece of plastic wrap on each of the 4 sides before putting the sleeves back on, as the plastic wrap helped me to grip the sleeve enough to move it. I like the feature that allows the raising the rear legs in order to tilt the surface area.
