Not very stylish & up to date look or apps, is practical enough & reliable.
I bought this product because it was classed as one of the top ten phones of 2012 according to various websites. The only negative thing I have to say about this phone is that the apps are not necessarily the most updated ones around. Ie: my previous phone, a touchscreen android had much more up to date facebook and many more features available.
The keyboard is very easy to get used to, and has good camera and video and storage capacity. It was awkward finding the micro slot without any instructions, had to check on the internet how to find it. Did eventually! Would I invest in another blackberry, not really. Think I'm defo an android touchscreen person, I also like to bigger screens too.
