Upon arrival, All shadows were broken except for two

When I opened up the package this afternoon all of the shadows were broken in their pans except for two at the bottom. Really disappointed because I was looking forward to using these. I’ve tried fixing them with alcohol and pressing them back into their pans but they probably won’t work as well now. Just very disappointed
