It's $12. Don't expect much out of it.
Tried using it for Cummins rebuild. Ring compressor is junk. No stand off for the deck, super thin that can slip into the cylinder and wedging sideways, doesn't really fully compress the rings. Pliers had problems staying on the rings. Broke oil control ring since it drove sideways into cylinder and ring jumped out. Be careful almost sliced my hand open everytime ratcheting, its also easy to rotate moving the rings. Bought quality tapered compressor, pulled the pistons and rechecked everthying.

excellent hoist for the $$$$
very impressed with cheap china 2 ton hoist. smooth, works very well with a heavy load.
