  This item is great and I really like the headphones. The seller was a very big help but it was kinda of a large hassle just to get my package. I’ve never used Canada post before to receive my package and it was just horrible. Thankfully the seller was able to help get my package safely to me. He was very helpful and it was appreciated.

  we shipped the item in a timely fashion as usual, unfortunetly the tracking was either badly scanned or lost in transit. to make things right and speed up the process, we shipped a second item free!
