If you love Sansom and Lesser, these CDs are great!!
I read Sansom long ago and only just found out that Anton Lesser had lent his perfect Matthew Shardlake voice to these abridged books on CD: 6 books, 5 discs each.
I bought these CDs which also play perfectly for an exceptionally good price.
I have binge listened for the past week and loved every second.

One great ride…
What a terrible shame that Toole took his life. What an homage to him that his mother was finally able to find a publisher that would back this extraordinary Pulitzer winning craziness. It’s a great, great ride; can’t thank you enough, Mr. Toole.
