I was preparing to wash the doll (which needed), and the head just fell off in my hands. Since there were no pieces, the significant damage to the neck had to have occurred before I bought the doll. In addition, her hands were covered in tape. When I removed the tape, I found the hands had some minor damage. I've tried contacting the seller but, got no response.

smooth operation
seems to work very smoothly. only in use for one week. hard to say how it will hold up.

think twice about buying this phone
not user friendly. why to many pop up notifications. the settings accessibility is not east to get at/.
data is always on it seems ??? not an easy phone to use....
