WONDERFUL BOOK FOR "BEGINNING" DIABETICS
This is a great book for people just diagnosed with diabetes. First you're hit with a piece of scary, overwhelming and frustrating news, that you have diabetes. Then you need to make these enormous (and not fun) changes in your life and sometimes you are all alone. You certainly cannot walk out of the doctor's office with ALL the info you will need right away. This book should be handed out by all doctor's who diagnose patients with diabetes. It explains in simple terms everything you need to know to get your life on track quickly and smoothly. I was diagnosed about six weeks ago and just got the book today. I wish I had it then and I wouldn't have been so confused about so many things that I'd forgotten to ask my doctor.
