While this product may not work for everyone, it did for me and solved my teeth grinding problem at the same time as well as eliminating snoring.
takes a while to get used to and i do place a hand towel on my pillow as i tend to dribble a little from corner of mouth occasionally when using this product but benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience.
