Snug, but NOT Tight. Fully Covers Eye. Soft Eye Patch
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich My heading pretty much described this eye patch. My one question is how long the elastic will be holding its "stretchiness". That would be its only drawback to a long life of use. Have used it daily for one week so far.

MIRACLE BALL REALLY HELPS BACK PAIN
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Purchased this set for my daughter to use because she keeps borrowing my set. She is not pregnant, so will not be used for that reason. I purchased this set because it was more reasonable in price than the "normal set".
As a family, we have used the "balls" for many years now. When a stiffness/soreness pops up out come the balls. Prior to this, I visited chiropractors for many years; but was put off by always needing to return. Figured there must be a way to get oneself pain free at home. Thanks to Elaine Petrone, we have found a fix that is very useful for our family.
The exercises are easy to follow --pictures very wonderful in seeing how they should be done. I do not need to use them as consistently as I did in the past. If my strengthening exercises fail to keep me limber, then it is time for the balls to come out, but usually only need to use them once or twice.
Don't be afraid of them. Follow the directions. Realize with first couple of uses the body will talk back to you with minor pain, actually stretching discomfort. AS one continues, the relief comes and it is so nice to regain limberness.

Helps the new/old artist get into the Internet scene.
I was mainly interested in the EBay area of selling art. It gave useful, but not really new ideas that I have read before. I did like the many Internet sites and email addresses given for further investigation or information. I was hoping this book would help me iniatiate my daughter's Art work to the Internet.
