Favorite from Rodney Yee
Out of all the yoga dvds I have tried from Rodney Yee this series is one of my favorite. This and his complete total body power yoga are the best. Total Body is an hour and a complete head to toe routine that flows perfectly. This dvd has 3 shorter 30 mins power yoga routines that feel like a concise yet effective routine similar to total body but perfect for when you don’t have that much time. They each flow beginning with stretches to ease into the workout then into a more dynamic flow based on the focus such as strength or flexibility and finish with short meditative relaxation. I love the locations he is in especially the ocean ones. His voice is very relaxing he doesn’t over talk or distract instead he calms and allows space for your own thoughts. Best way to start the day!
