Fell Apart :(
I received the item in a timely manner which was great, but when I tried to use it, the tips broke apart (fell apart) before I was even able to test them out. Good news is when I put in a claim for a refund to get my money back, that process was hassle free and was instantly approved. I wish the tips were sturdy and put together a bit better so I could test them out. Unfortunately, it fell apart too fast for me to even see if they really worked or not :(
