A little Small
I had done my research beforehand. And there aren't really many of these type flashlights around anymore to choose from. But at least this is made from a Flashlight making company. It DOES have a water seal gasket around the lens cap. Those yellow Eveready flashlights are so disposable it's not funny. They barely last a year. So I'm hoping this company does put more into theirs to make it last. As a man I must say that it is a little small almost like a kids flashlight, however I bought it to replace one for my 90 year old Mom !

Size not exactly 12"
Add says 12" but it's 12 5/8. Had to return it. Wouldn't fit in my Toaster Oven. Pan is a bit thin and light, but maybe that's good for baking ?
