Good product, good value on E-bay
Fortunately we haven't had to use this smoke and CO2 detector in the week we've had it, but the one of the same brand that it replaced was good. Almost too sensitive--my daughter lit a candle in her room with the door closed just down the hall from where it was installed, and it gave the alarm right away. It is very loud if you are near it. It was easy to install although the instructions were confusing; fortunately we were able to plug it in to the previous wiring for its predecessor and then it was a matter of screwing in the screws and testing it. The test went as described in the instructions and so I think we are safe. The price on E-bay was about $15 less than on Amazon.
