  I received the MacKenzie-Childs Christmas Ornaments today in excellent condition as described- they were packaged extremely well. Communication with the seller was outstanding; they were on top of everything from start to finish. I’ve never experienced that level of communication with any other seller. On top of that, the shipping was lightning fast. Highly recommended!

  Seller was amazing to work with! She let me know when she shipped the package out and let me know when exactly it would arrive. She even sent out directions on how to carefully take the item out of the box as it was fragile. Package came very quickly and was in perfect condition as shown in the photos. I would definitely purchase from her again!

  Very HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY seller. My pumpkin was accidentally damaged by the seller during packaging. The seller contacted me, apologized, offered to contact the mfg for a replacement, and immediately refunded my money. Although the pumpkin was a retired style that could not be replaced, I have no reservations about dealing with them in the future. They are an awesome dealer and the experience was second to none!!

  Ordered an item and between FedEx and USPS it got lost multiple times. It was no fault of the seller she was very communicative and helpful when contacting her about it. I ended up receiving a refund but I would definitely recommend purchasing from her.
