THIS EXTRACTOR WORKED LIKE A CHARM!!!
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich We had a tub drain flange that had corroded to the point the cross bars had broken off and you could not get ahold of it to remove it. At that time I didn't know about a "tub drain extractor" so I called a few plumbers to get an estimate on having them remove it. One quote over the phone was $399.00 if it didn't take them more than an hour to do the job. The other one quoted $512.00 in a worse case scenario if they had to cut it out from underneath the tub and replace it! After the sticker shock wore off I got on YouTube, typed in "how to remove a stuck tub drain flange" and watched a guy using this handy gadget. I called a few plumbing supply stores to see if they had it. Only one carried it and their price was a whopping $120.00! My inner stubborn girl would not allow me to be robbed with that price tag so I ordered the extractor here and it arrived within a week.
Once it arrived I discovered I did not have a large enough drill adaptor to fit in the slot on top of the extractor but found that my Lighted Lug Wrench handle for removing nuts to change a tire was the perfect size and the extended handle provided extra leverage to remove the old flange. Then we got to work removing the old flange and THIS EXTRACTOR WORKED LIKE A CHARM!!! It is solidly built and worth every penny!

The Quality you expect from All Clad products. Perfect size for heating up food for one... maybe two people.

It's not the right tool to install heavy carpets on stairs.
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich I bought this stapler to install 72 oz carpet on the stairs. Unfortunately this stapler was not able to sink the staples deep enough on my stair tread wood (even though I dialed it up to max) to hold the carpet securely. On the bright side... It is easy to use and has plenty of power for lighter jobs that you may have. While I do not recommend it for heavy jobs like mentioned above ~ I do recommend it for the lighter ones.
