A worthy option for those seeking professional education on baking
Logical and orderly, beautifully photographed, and graphical details were extremely helpful. Even complicated diagrams were well thought-out and easy to orient on and utilize to come up with professional results. Comparing recipes with the latest version, this one "pans out" (forgive) more accurately. In baking class we did side-by-side bake-offs and this book beat the newest version. I feel very well educated and inspired by this book on baking and pastry, and it has helped guide me toward true professional baking results with success.

Switch out your molasses and use this instead... Oh my what a treat
I have been a bit of a mad scientist with this product. I use it to make a fantastic gluten-free birthday cake among other delicious recipes. Bread recipes that require molasses - just use this instead equal parts and there is a subtlety that makes my friends say "wow" whenever I make it this way instead of molasses. They ship it extremely-well packaged and very quickly.

Good intro / starter Golden Milk
I wish this product did not contain whey protein, and I wish it was a little bit tastier / spicier, but it still makes for a very nice cup in the evening and the turmeric feels great. Nothing here to offend anyone with a very delicate palate. Great mixed with a spoon of honey and a little PB2, I found I wanted to spice it up a little bit. I think it is a good value for anyone looking to try this out. Even mix it into your hot chocolate if you want, that works too, it is so delicate a flavor.
