  Processing and shipping were both good. The item was excellently packaged in a double box with plenty of packing materials to protect it. The pictures were spot on accurate, this seller is one with integrity. It would be no problem buying here again. Pleasure to buy from and a smooth transaction as well.

  I have been looking for these vases forever. I was very disappointed to see that the listing was for 2 vases, but after paying for the item I received an email stating that one was put away in storage so I will only receive 1 vase instead of 2. The item was absolutely beautiful, but really needed the set. Packaging was in a saltine box, causing a few broken pieces. Hopefully the other is found so I can purchase it and give this seller 5 stars and make things right.

  We had agreed on the one vase and a 10.00 refund. I was only asking $10 for both vases... I am so sorry it arrived broken. You will receive a refund for the rest. Hopefully I will find the other one :)
