Good for burning mouth syndrome
I take it for burning mouth syndrome and it helps keep it somewhat under control. I take 2, sometimes 3, 600 mg capsules a day.

Good for burning mouth syndrome
I take alpha lipoic acid twice every day for burning mouth syndrome and it usually keeps it under control without any burning. Occasionally it flares up and I have to increase the dose for a short while.

The last 3 watches I have bought have been Timex. They have served me well.
I know it is a good value because I have one just like it. I have worn it almost constantly for 5 to 6 years or maybe longer. All I have had to do to it is change the battery. I like the indiglo because when I wake up in the dark at night, I can easily see what time it is.
