Nice to add to a collection
I first borrowed this movie from my library and I enjoyed working out with it so much that I purchased one. I like that there are real people doing these exercises. They are motivating and encouraging. I give it a 4 star because I think the DVD could have more variety. I also bought Biggest Loser 2. They did add some more workouts.

Nice alternative to my other workout DVD's
I purchased this after using Biggest Loser original. They added some workouts and have some short segments that make it virtually impossible to say I don't have time to exercise. I don't like that they have "women's workout" and "men's workout" Seems silly. I just do them both. I like that they have "real" people that sweat and struggle.
