As expected

Tip for anyone like me who never used a foot pod before: Calibrate it by running outside using GPS (not the pod) to track distance and speed (but with the pod connected...obviously?). Try to run your average speed. Then it should be good for indoor use for runs at a similar speed. It may be less accurate as one deviates from their average, but I believe this is expected as one's running form usually changes with speed and the pod isn't sophisticated enough to adjust. (I'll note I use a Garmin watch. Calibration might work differently with a different brand of device. But I do expect this to work for all Garmin watches.)
