Really good!
Very comfortable and durable. Worn 2 summer seasons. They are so good I bought new pair.

Good headphones for the price
Good, comfortable to wear.
Sound is typical Pioneer-style. High frequency slightly lack detalization and clarity, but nothing terrible. A little movement of equalizer settings can fix it. Considering the price under $100 I can't see problem.
Mic button seems a bit ridiculous... My player has regular 3 terminal socket. There was a problem with 4-terminal jack of this headphones. But I shortened button terminals inside this little mic housing and the problem gone. Should not be an issue with majority of modern devices.
Overall - good phones for the price tag. Design is sturdy and reliable.

Expectations come true!
This wrench is REALLY fast adjustable! Steel is really strong, can withstand real torque. Grip is very good and comfortable.
The only disadvantage - you can't clamp weird nuts or faceted shafts which are not integer millimetres. Bot these are really rare.
Summary - worth every cent I paid.
