I have had this brand before and has lasted years. Was very pleased with colour, grey, matches units and look so smart. Long length

Very phone, but annoying beep on voicemail
very nice phone to use, easy controls etc. The range isnt as good as our last BT phone, although it says it is. The only very annoying thing is when a message is left, it beeps to tell you there is a message. it would be nice to turn the beep off and just have a flashing light. it isnt a high end phone, we didnt want to spend alot so it is fine for what we paid.
