EBL really works

Excellent batteries! I have used them extensively to power my Fornax Tracker II for astrophotos and some other ('Energy' brand on Ebay) batteries even when fully charged barely work. No, it's EBL for me.

Rice with low Glycemic Index

This rice was available for a good price. I bought it because I am diabetic and found that its glycemic index (how fast it turns to sugar) is low-somewhere around 55; white bread is about 110. Black rice is 45.5, Red Rice is 55 or so and this is 55 or so. Black beans have a glycemic index below 40! I cook this "brown" basmati rice in my LKU rice cooker (put in microwave) and it is very tasty especially if I also add a little meat in to it. I add olive oil and a little soy sauce and a dab of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and it is very satisfying and I am not hungry for hours.
